Whew... Christmas is over!

The holidays around our house can be busy. This year was no different. We started the week off with friends flying in from California to stay for a few days and catch-up.

Followed up by Natalie's sister and brother-in-law flying in from Canada to stay for a few days. Their son, we call him "Triple J" but most call him Judah, is the cutest little boy ever. He loves his games!

The one big surprise was it turned out to be a White Christmas with the snow starting Christmas Eve and lasting all the way through Christmas. We actually were a little worried we were not going to make it to Natalie's parents house for Christmas.

YES, we had a Ugly Christmas sweater contest and although we came in close, the rest of the family really stepped up their game.

Christmas dinner was perfect with lots of laughter and love around the dinner table. We really are blessed to have such a wonderful family.

BUT, that was just the beginning. Next was a early morning rush to the airport to catch a flight to Los Angeles. Chris' family is in Southern California and we always try and get down their for a break in the weather and fun in the sun.

We spent a few days relaxing in San Diego. The weather was great and Chris got a few days of surf in. Chris' family usually has a big New Years celebration together and this year was no different as we packed up the car and headed on a road trip to one of our favorite places on earth!

MEXICO!

New Years kicked off with a blast. We sent the day at the famous La Bufadora (Blow Hole) where the ocean can spit a giant geyser 300 feet in the air. It was fairly small that day but it was still well worth the trip. Next was dinner and dancing until the ball drop at Midnight.

We just returned home and wanted to wish you a Very Happy New Year!
